Denver Lutheran High School     FAITHFULFILLED     Lutheran High School Parker

Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. (Hebrews 11:1)

A message from Rev. Juls Clausen:

I invite you to join us in making a difference in our ministry by prayerfully considering how

you may become personally involved in helping to shape the future of God’s schools.

Please pray for our ministry daily.

I urge you to become informed about what we are doing and share your opinions with us.

We need you to become a partner with us in our ministry and boldly express to the world that we are faithfulfilled!

For over 50 years, the schools of The Colorado Lutheran High School Association– Denver Lutheran High School and recently, Lutheran High School, Parker, have been instruments of God’s Holy Spirit in touching thousands of young people and their families with the love of Christ along with the challenging academic rigor of quality Christian secondary education.  In many ways, our schools have been diamonds in the rough. Many of you are living testimonies to the schools’ impact and effectiveness in your lives. From chicken coops and white houses, to new wings, additions and buildings, the road on which we travel has been and continues to be a road filled with real blessings and great challenges. As we see His hand at work and discover His plans for us, we are convinced of the fact that these are His schools.  So, we continue to follow...in faith. We have been blessed and are now given an opportunity to be a blessing to others and create God’s vision for the future. Our Lutheran high schools need to be seen as places continuing to nurture the highest levels of academic excellence while encouraging growth in Christ!

Our Challenge

In 2005, with the help of LCEF, our congregations, and people much like you, we were able to refinance the bond offering of 2004. As a result, we have reduced our indebtedness by over $5 million dollars. However, our present indebtedness of $14.5 million, and the annual debt service of over $900,000 per year hinders our abilities to move to higher levels of excellence.  We can service our debt within our yearly budget as enrollment grows and more students come to DLHS and LHSP.

But, in order to carry out the mission of our schools, we need people who will support students to come to DLHS and LHSP.  We need tuition assistance to make our product affordable for those families who value a Christian education.  We need to recapture the excitement, passion, and direction of our forefathers, those pioneers who over 50 years ago dreamed a dream which became our reality.

Our focus dare not be limited. The Light within our Lutheran high schools is burning brightly. FaithFulFilled is a multiple (nine) year effort to raise $9,000,000 and provide the opportunity of a Lutheran/Christian education to families and also strengthen our schools as well.

Your Challenge

Our Vision

No matter which Gemstone you become, for each $1000 given in support of this vision:

• $100 will go to support and provide: cutting-edge wireless technology; computing infrastructure; designated classrooms with projection and audio systems; classroom software to facilitate teachers to maximize the use of technology, reducing printed material costs creating schools of technological excellence.

• $100 will be used to enhance and provide additional program offerings to meet the need of different learners while assisting in recapitalizing our operational budgets creating stable fiscal operations.

• $100 will be placed into our Endowment Fund, to provide a cushion for any unexpected variables, an insurance policy if you will.

• $700 will go directly to tuition assistance so more students can experience the gift of Christian high school education.
